KRUX Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled, and outlines your rights and responsibilities when shopping at krux-culture.store.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under two categories:

Manufacturing Defects

You may request a return, replacement, or repair within 365 days of receipt if your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or a functional issue.

Examples: broken zippers, defective stitching, faulty hardware, misprinted graphics, or significant material flaws.

Change of Mind (Buyer’s Remorse)

You may return products within 14 days of receipt if you change your mind.

Products must be new, unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.

Items that appear worn, washed, or altered will not qualify.

2. Exclusions
Returns are not accepted for:

Normal wear and tear.

Minor variations in color, texture, or size.

Misuse, improper care, or accidents.

“Final Sale” or “Limited Edition” items marked as non-returnable.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, email support@krux-culture.store with:

Order number

Full name and email used for purchase

Reason for return (defect or change of mind)

Photos (for defective items)
Our support team will respond within 2–5 business days with instructions.
4. Return Shipping & Fees

If the return is due to KRUX’s responsibility (defect, wrong item), KRUX covers return shipping.

If due to change of mind, the customer covers return shipping.

A restocking fee of USD 5 may apply for change-of-mind returns.

Customs duties or import taxes are non-refundable.
5. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Processing time: within 5–14 business days after product inspection.

Partial refunds apply if only part of the order is returned.
6. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for defective or incorrect items.

If stock is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
7. 365-Day Guarantee
Defective products within 365 days may be replaced, repaired, or credited at KRUX’s discretion.
This does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
8. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where KRUX operates.
