At KRUX, we deliver more than products — we deliver culture. Our pieces extend the language of streetwear into your everyday environment. Because of our global operations, this Shipping Policy ensures transparency, fairness, and clarity for every customer.

1. General Shipping Overview

  • KRUX ships worldwide.

  • Orders are processed Monday – Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Processing time: 2 – 5 business days before shipment.

  • Delivery time: typically 10 – 20 business days, depending on destination.

While we strive to deliver every order promptly, some delays may occur due to customs clearance, local carrier issues, or global logistics conditions.

2. Shipping Options & Rates

We currently offer two main shipping methods:

  1. Standard Shipping (Free for Orders Over USD 50)

    • Free shipping applies automatically when the total order value (after discounts, before taxes) is USD 50 or more.

    • For orders below USD 50, a USD 4.99 shipping fee applies.

    • Delivery timeframe: 10 – 20 business days.

    • Includes tracking.

  2. Express Shipping (Optional Upgrade — USD 4.99)

    • Customers may choose Express Shipping for faster dispatch and routing through premium carriers.

    • Delivery timeframe: 7 – 12 business days, depending on region.

    • Available for all orders, including those that qualify for free standard shipping.

3. Order Processing

  • After your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

  • When shipped, a tracking email will be sent with live updates.

  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once processing begins.

4. Estimated Delivery by Region

  • North America (U.S. & Canada): 7 – 15 business days

  • Europe: 10 – 20 business days

  • Asia-Pacific: 10 – 20 business days

  • Latin America: 15 – 20 business days

  • Middle East & Africa: 15 – 25 business days

All timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs inspections or local courier delays.

5. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

  • International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, VAT, or import taxes.

  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • KRUX is not liable for customs delays or import restrictions.

6. Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking information will be provided via email after shipment.

  • Updates may take 2 – 5 business days to appear.

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking status once available.

7. Incorrect Address & Delivery Failures

  • Customers must ensure all delivery details are accurate at checkout.

  • KRUX is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

  • If a package is returned because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping fees may apply.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once the tracking system confirms delivery, KRUX is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

  • Customers should contact their local courier to file a claim; KRUX will assist where possible.

9. Split Shipments

  • Orders containing multiple items may ship separately for faster delivery.

  • You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

10. Undeliverable Packages & Returns to Sender

  • If a package is refused at customs, returned, or destroyed by the carrier, refunds are subject to evaluation.

  • Shipping costs, duties, and taxes may not be refundable.

11. Return Shipping (for Approved Returns)

  • For defective items or KRUX errors, return shipping is covered by KRUX.

  • For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • Returns must be pre-authorized via support@krux-culture.store.

12. Responsibility & Risk of Loss

  • Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon hand-off to the carrier.

  • KRUX remains responsible only until the package is accepted by the carrier.

13. Governing Law

This Shipping Policy is governed by and construed under the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which KRUX operates.
