Welcome to KRUX. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of and access to krux-culture.store (the “Site”), operated by KRUX (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or purchasing from our Site, you agree to these Terms. Please read carefully, as they contain important information about your legal rights, obligations, and limitations.

2. Products & Availability

  • KRUX offers lifestyle and streetwear-inspired goods including rugs, wall art, figures, eyewear, and accessories.

  • Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free, complete, or up-to-date.

  • Colors, textures, and dimensions may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, or manufacturing processes.

  • We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of products without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

  • Payments must be made using accepted methods at checkout (e.g., PayPal, credit card, or other providers supported by Shopify).

  • By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

  • Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions will result in cancellation and potential legal action.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • KRUX ships globally.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days and delivered within 10–20 business days depending on location.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal carriers, force majeure events, or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Customs Duties & Taxes

  • International customers may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country of residence.

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product pricing or shipping fees.

  • KRUX is not liable for delays or additional costs due to customs clearance.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Our Return & Refund Policy governs all requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

  • In summary:

    • Defective products: Eligible for return/replacement up to 365 days after receipt.

    • Change of mind: Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, if unused and in original condition.

    • All requests must be submitted to support@krux-culture.store for evaluation.

  • Certain items, such as final sale or limited-edition drops, may not be eligible for return.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site, including logos, trademarks, product designs, text, graphics, and images, is the property of KRUX or its licensors.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any KRUX intellectual property without prior written consent.
